Can I request edits to the design?
Yes!! My templates were developed to be just that: a template! I want each asset to be completely tailored for your specific verbiage, treatment plan, available instruments, etc. Simply make your own edits in Canva or reach out to me directly at contact@perspectivedocs.com if you'd prefer to have the design modified for you.
Can I receive the design as a PDF instead?
Yes! If you don’t have the time or desire to make your own edits in Canva, reach out to me at contact@perspectivedocs.com and I will modify the design for you and send it to you as a PDF instead!
What if I don’t see what I need?
If you’re not seeing a template for something you need for your office, you have the option of doing a custom or semi-custom design. In either of these scenarios, my custom design rate applies and will be invoiced at the completion of your design.
What is a "custom" design?
A custom design is developed entirely from scratch through a collaborative process between the two of us (typically via email). The final design in this case belongs to you and can either be delivered as a PDF or printed and shipped. This design will be featured on my social media accounts but will never be made available for purchase to other clients.
What is a "semi-custom" design?
A semi-custom design starts using one or more of my existing templates as a starting point but making alterations for further customization beyond simple branding or word alterations. Some clients prefer this option for custom creations as it is typically more cost effective than a true custom job.
Do you offer any bundle/bulk order deals?

Can I have these sent to me as printed products?
Yes! If you're interested in having your template or custom design professionally printed, please contact me for pricing.
What happens when I need more prints?
Once you place an order you will receive an email with a discount code for re-ordering prints of an established design. This code will apply as long as no additional changes are requested.
